Cancellation Policy

Why we keep a strict policy, and the circumstances where fees are waived.

Why

As with all rehearsal rooms, we need our rooms filled to remain a sustainable business. Last-minute cancellations, almost impossible to refill at short notice, have a big impact on our income and prevent other bands from booking in. A clear policy keeps the rooms working for everyone.

Our policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel a pre-booked rehearsal. Without that notice, a cancellation charge applies: the full cost of the room hire for the booked time, before backline hire.

Fees are waived if:

Rearranged

A replacement session is booked within 3 days of the cancelled one.

Short notice

A session arranged within 2 days of taking place is then cancelled.

Reducing the length of a session also requires 48 hours notice. Otherwise the full cost of the session is owed, regardless of the time used.
